Battleship film to be launched

I'd be more interested if this consisted of two blokes playing the game in a park for two hours. Kinda like in Independence Day where Jeff Goldblum and Judd Hirsch play Chess, only replace the Chess board with Battleships and you've got a movie!

This makes me think of that bit of Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey, where they play Battleships with the Grim Reaper.
