Die Hard 5 next year, claims Willis
Yippee-Ki-Yay, mother-frigger. Bruce Willis confirms that Die Hard 5 is planned to go into production next year. What he doesn't mention that it'll be rated U and will co-star Barney the dinosaur as his partner.

I've seen 1-3 and they were ok, diminishingly bad though.
1st one rates as one of the all-time greats and my personal choice for best xmas movie ever.
But it's odd to see McClane morph from unlucky cop getting pounded and barely-surviving to some harrier-fighting wisecracking superhero.
Didnt bother with the last movie, had nothing that appeals.

Brendan Fraser would very much like to be the sidekick in this movie. He laughs at all Bruce Willis's jokes.

Please... don't let Shia LaBeouf be in this film.

For me, Die Hard is one of the best action films ever, if not the very best. For sure it has the best one-liner ever. Even if they make 145 parts, co-starring Robert Pattinson (why has my brain stored name of this prick?)with old Bruce lying on the hospital bed the whole film, I'm gonna watch it. Just out of respect for the first part.

You'd rather watch Die Hard 5 than Cop Out? That statement has me all kinds of conflicted - The last trailer for Cop Out won me over but then it's DIE HARD, no matter how far down the line it is. I give up. *makes tea*

I actually liked Die Hard 4 - some good ridiculous action and the whole "man out of touch with technology" was fun, but Willis can't play McClane like he used to.

Don't laugh at Die Hard, Bruce, or take the piss. Die Hards 1 and 3 are fantastic movies! Laugh at Live Free and Die Hard - laugh away, it's bollocks.

And I don't think Die Hard should "go global" at all, it's not 24 ffs. It's the very antithesis of global! It's fighting terror in your own backyard.

Just don't make anymore. Unless McClane is on the phone a la Fat Cop in Die Hard, and some young studly type is crawling through some abandoned-hospital air vents or something.
