Review: Drillbit Taylor

Drillbit Taylor
With comedy guru Judd Apatow on production duty and stoner du jour Seth Rogen credited as a co-writer, you might think this movie is a surefire smash: the last film that boasted those credentials made around $120 million. Owen Wilson was the only good thing about this film!
Having LOVED everything else Judd Apatow has given us, i was really disappointed in this!
The kids were just younger and much more annoying versions of the kids in superbad!!

Ah, this was before the suicide. So it's quite likely he saw the first cut of this and then went off to make a cut of his own. Bad taste, but it's a bad film.

Hmm, I never really thought about it like that. You see all his films in a different light after his suicide attempt, especially Darjeeling Limited. But yeah, he's not the most convincing guy. They should have hired VIN DIESEL!

Owen Wilson as a bodyguard? The bully would have him crying into his valium before he could muster a "Yee-haw" This is the worst casting since Keira Knightley as a bounty hunter.
