Night Of The Living Dead gets 3D remake and origin story

I'd like to see them bring back minor electric shocks to the cinema, like in that movie Matinee starring John Goodman.

Every time another zombie limps unimpressingly on screen and you try to use the light from the film to read your watch in the dark, they send a few volts your way to trick you into thinking that you're actually scared.

Then you leave the cinema with scorched hands and the sensation you've seen the "thrill-ride of the decade".

3D has become the latest reason to remake. Utterly, utterly pointless.
