Cue one rainy August afternoon, and two children sat watching this movie, looking thoroughly disinterested. Rather embarrassingly, I caught bits and pieces of it, and chuckled at some of the terrible monkey puns, (and the airplane gag) but it really was very uninspiring.

Looks like one of those animations where the makers have come up with the concept - monkeys in space - then not bothered to do anything interesting with it. Even the title sucks.

Any Simpsons scene with monkeys will be better than this:
"Maybe they figured out that all the monkeys we sent into space came back super-intelligent."
"No, I don't think we'll be telling them that..." *wheels off*
