Review: Step Brothers

Last time I heard that comment I laughed so hard I fell of my dinosaur.

This is the worst film I've seen in a long time.

I'll admit, the ballsack on the drum kit made me giggle too, as did the final fight (particularly the roundabout bit).

Agreed, the sleep-walking scenes are the highlight of this movie.

John C Reilly is one of those guys who's been around for ever. You only realise now how many films he's been in, like Gangs of New York etc. I think it's Hollywood up to their old tricks, re-inserting popular actors into old films. That's definitely what it is.

Currently watching Magnolia. John C Reilly is wasted doing crap like this and Dewey Cox. Ferrell must die.

It's definitely one of those films where you'll already know if you'll enjoy it or not. Basically, if you look at that poster on the right and think it's funny, you'll like it. If not, this isn't for you.

Also, I really really want to see the disaster that is Babylon AD. Something about big retard Vin Diesel that appeals to me, plus I love the fact that the director came out and publicly slated his movie a few days before release - that's a classy move.

I loved Talledega Nights, so if this is more of the same I'm happy. "Shake & Bake!!!" "I'm pepped up on Mountain Dew & I'll come at you like a spidermonkey"

The trailer made me laugh more than once with the burial thing "I'm BURYING YOU!!" and the collapsing bunkbed thing with a buried Ferrell screaming "MY ARM! MY ARM!!!!".
Sadly I think Anchorman 2, if the rumours are correct, will lack Veronica Corningstone now Applegate has had a double-mastectomy.

Jade Goody getting cervical cancer is fucking funny, almost makes me believe in a god.
But Christina Applegate having the mastectomy genuinely made me feel sad.
Odd.
But yeah, this film looks retarded and I like it.
