After a short hiatus, You Ain’t Seen Me, Right? is back with more obscure films to test the very limits of your movie knowledge, as well as your patience for things you didn’t know you should care about.

Knowing Haneke and what he might do with the grimmest scenario, I found this to be a more surprisingly uplifting film than a counterpart like The Road. It's still a tough watch, but it does have its more joyful parts, like the cassette of music and the last two shots of the film that end it on a hopeful note, which surprised me; this was far less nihilistic and depressing than the likes of Benny's Video and The Seventh Continent.
