Fixing Paramount's Star Trek Into Darkness 'cinemosaic'

Today Paramount revealed something called a 'cinemosaic' for the upcoming Star Trek Into Darkness. To be honest I'd never heard of one of them before, but when I found out it was basically a bunch of animated gifs sitting on the internet and none of them featured cats, well... something had to be done.

"Nothing's been the same since New York" says Tony Stark in the first trailer for Iron Man 3, before having a very bad day. With the arrival of a new trailer this week it doesn't look like his situation has improved much - so why aren't his Avenger superfriends lending a hand? Writer-director Shane Black has probably got this covered, but just in case he missed Avengers Assemble at the cinema, here are some ways Thor, Hulk and co. can be shoe-horned into the film at short notice without having to assemble the expensive cast!

Alice Eve, Guillermo del Toro and Big Bird appeared at this year's Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show to present a Star Trek Into Darkness trailer and pick up pay cheques. We haven't got the trailer, but tech website The Verge have put together a 'best of' the bizarrely hilarious keynote speech they were part of hashtag movies. (via The Verge).
