Image gallery for Shutter Island

Saw this last night. Outstanding, just outstanding. Loved the atmosphere, loved the cast (two serial killers among them...), thought the music was fucking terrifying and the dream sequences eerie as hell.

Twist was quite welcome too, can't say I didn't see it coming but it didn't matter a jot - did think it might have been better left ambiguous but it worked for me in the end.

Rather refreshingly, instead of listening to jabbering idiots on the way out of the cinema, I overheard one guy making some interesting points, like how *Teddy is afraid of water (because of his kids drowning)* and *how Mark Ruffalo can't get his gun out his holster (because he's not actually a cop)*.

5/5 for me, thoroughly enjoyable and really bloody creepy.
