This is offensive to blue people everywhere.

Game of Thrones calendars to make disappointing stocking-fillers
TV Feature | Ed Williamson | 18th November 2012
Or it might just be the dullest teaser poster ever. Forget the date, lads, just make with the boning and the decapitations.

Comic-Con round-up: The Man Who Wasn't There
TV News | Ed Williamson | 16th July 2012
San Diego Comic-Con 2012 happened this weekend, and all sorts of new trailers and announcements were unveiled. I couldn't go, as the State of California requires me to be more than 200 yards away from Emily Blunt at all times. It was all a big misunderstanding: I wasn't hiding under her car; I was just looking under it for my contact lens.

Euro 2012 stars sign up for Game of Thrones
TV News | Ed Williamson | 27th June 2012
With England now having crashed out of Euro 2012 like the mugs they are, there's no real point in turning the telly on any more. Fortunately, many of the tournament's stand-out performers have been talent-scouted by HBO for the next season of Game of Thrones. No, I know I can't follow that first sentence with that second one as if there's some sort of causality involved. Shut up, you wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't pointed it out.

Six British actors who might be in Game of Thrones season two
TV Feature | Ed Williamson | 2nd April 2012
With season two of Game of Thrones premiererating on Sky Atlantic tonight, it's time for me to pretend I was on board from the start and make like I can discuss it with any authority whatsoever.

DVD weekly: Game of Thrones - season one
TV Feature | Ed Williamson | 5th March 2012
Because it's the biggest TV DVD release of the year, because I got sent the whole thing on Blu-ray and because there's not much else out this week, here's a bumper edition of DVD weekly focusing on one release and one release only. That's right: series five of Doc Martin.

We congratulate HBO on the quality of their streaming video
TV Video | Ed Williamson | 30th January 2012
I mean the definition, which is much better than YouTube's. I have no strong opinions on the content of the video itself. It's another Game of Thrones season two trailer. I still haven't seen Game of Thrones, but from what I can gather it's pretty much just Knightmare with a couple of extra million dollars an episode thrown at it. So, uh, enter ... stranger ...

Game of Thrones no longer a game, actually more of a skirmish
TV Video | Ed Williamson | 25th November 2011
Just think how good our Game of Thrones content will be once I've actually seen an episode. Here, have a season two first-look video, uh, sire. Or my liege, or whatever.

DWARF WARS: Davis vs Dinklage
TV Feature | Ed Williamson | 10th November 2011
With Life's Too Short premiering on BBC2 tonight, small people are pretty big at the moment. Time, then, for what will be the first in a ... what? Yes, yes, it'll definitely be a regular series: DWARF WARS.
