Movie trailer round-up: Fake coppers, subtitles and Samuel L Djackson

6th July 2012

Not much going on in the world of trailers this week. In fact, this round-up only contains six. Woo-hoo! (*goes to the beach for the day*)

First up, Compliance looks pretty intense, and seems to predicate around the fact that no one questions the caller's claim of being a copper. "Wait, you want me to take all my clothes off?" "Yes, I'm a policeman, dontcha know" "Oh. Ok then".

This new Django Unchained trailer contains extra Samuel 'The L Stands For Livid' Jackson.

This is supposed to be an alternate trailer for Taken 2, but the only difference I can tell is that there's French subtitles at the bottom. Still, that's... er... something, right?

Why Stop Now looks like someone forgot to tell Tracy Morgan to be the comic relief:

As far as I can tell from this trailer for The Loneliest Planet, a couple go hiking happily in the hills until one of them gets freaked out by a stream.

Finally, no trailer round-up would be complete without another new TV spot for The Dark Knight Rises. I can't even tell if this one has new footage anymore. It doesn't matter. EXCITE!
