New Cop Out trailer restores faith in Kevin Smith

The new trailer for Cop Out has been released, and along with it comes the welcome relief that we don't have to give up on the foul-mouthed Kevin Smith just yet - Yay! *hugs life-sized cardboard cut-out of Randall*
Kevin Smith's more recent films haven't quite managed to capture the appeal of his earlier worshipped cult hits. It all started with Jersey Girl - why'd you have to grow up on us, Kev?
Needless to say, after the disappointing first trailer for his new film, many loyal fans where getting ready to give the "it's not you, it's me" speech and move on to pastures new. On the other hand, there were those, myself included, that would defend that cuddly bastard until our last breath. Our excuse this time? "Let's just wait until we've seen a red-band trailer, ok?"
And now we have one - and the film has jumped way back up in my estimations. Don't get me wrong, it still seems more Zack and Miri Make a Porno, rather than Clerks (or even Clerks II), but, by golly, it's good to finally hear some funny coming from this movie.
