Competition
Win a copy of The Disappearance Of Alice Creed on DVD
Movie Competition
Ali
29th September 2010
Gemma Arterton would like you to know she's more than just a pert pair of buttocks in tight denim hot-pants; she's an actress, don't you know. Win a copy of her latest movie where she proves it, quite well.
Confession time: I didn't see The Disappearance Of Alice Creed, but I did harass a film PR to give me a free copy of it on DVD, which is kind of the same. Instead, they gave me three copies to give away, which isn't what I asked for, but it's better than nothing. I guess. But if one of you gets your prize already opened and well-thumbed, it wasn't me. (*sulks*)
To enter the competition, click here and answer the insultingly easy, nonsensical question. Believe it or not, some chumps actually get these wrong, even though I specifically select the answer to be A) as it's always the default. They change it to get it wrong. I despair, I really do.
The movie, about a kidnapped little rich girl played by Gemma Arterton, has been getting rave reviews, most probably because Arterton isn't playing a sex object/feisty princess/ethereal fucktoy like she has in all her other movies this year. It also stars Eddie Marsan aka that little weird guy from all them British films. He's great.
I wish I could watch this. Go on, give us a lend.
