Competition
Win MacGruber on DVD
Movie Competition
Ali
7th October 2010
He's the ultimate tool, apparently, and so will you be if you miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime offer, not available in shops! Sorry, went a little 'infomercial' on you there.
Any spoof that's released today that isn't a Friedberg/Seltzer production automatically gets a weary 'thumbs up' from me, and from everything I've seen, MacGruber even has the novelty of actually, y'know, staying on topic. In other words, it's an '80s action spoof with zero Lady Gaga jokes or Twilight parodies in it. Thank the Lord.
It stars Saturday Night Live's Will Forte as the mulleted super-spy, Kristen Wiig (part of the same shady vowel-stealing cult that also counts Jake Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard as members) and Ryan Phillippe (who's starting up a less successful consonant theft guild). Val Kilmer plays villain Dieter Von Cunth. Don't think, just laugh. Quick!
Anyhoo, MacGruber is out on DVD on Monday 11 October. Why go into a real shop and pay real money for it when you can click here and enter an online competition without leaving the comfort of your flat/parents' basement/porn dungeon? Trick question, I know: all our analytics stats say our main demographic is people browsing the show computers in Dixons.
