Fincher to reincarnate Peter Proud

David Fincher is set to reteam with his old Se7en scribe, Andrew Kevin Walker, for The Reincarnation Of Peter Proud, a movie about past lives and daddy-daughter incest. Presumably the title 'How's Your Father' was deemed too obvious.
Even though Fincher is currently busy filming Facebook flick The Social Network, he is already eyeing up The Reincarnation Of Peter Proud as his next project and Walker will get busy to start churning out a script.
The B-movie plot revolves around a college professor who starts having nightmares and eventually realises he is remembering a previous life. While investigating his visions, he meets, and becomes ickily involved with, the daughter of his previous incarnation. At which point, I expect him to grin at the camera and say "Who's yer daddy?"
Based on a novel by Max Ehrlich, The Reincarnation Of Peter Proud has actually been made into a movie once before, in 1975, although by all accounts its only memorable scene involves Margot 'Lois Lane' Kidder masturbating in a bathtub to the memory of being raped by her husband. Take that, Feminism!
While the movie is going to have a more modern slant, the question remains: what kinds of technological trickery can Fincher conjure up this time? After making Brad Pitt age backwards, maybe we'll see a visual interpretation of a man's life rewinding to before he was born until we arrive at his past incarnation.
Or maybe the screen will just go all blurry as Fincher wipes some Vaseline on the lens to get that soft-focus look.
Ah, who cares? The important thing is finding out who he casts in the Margot Kidder role. I think now could be the time to push Megan Fox's acting talents to the limit.
