Freeze! Michael Bay: puppy police

Video of some Bosnian street urchin throwing live puppies into a river has caused outrage across the internet. They didn't reckon on one thing: Michael Bay. (*dons sunglasses, walks away from explosion*)
The internet has taken up a new cause: finding and punishing the despicable woman seen laughing and giggling on YouTube as she tosses live, squealing puppies into a river. Wars and floods? Tl;dnr. But animal abuse? You just fucked with the wrong information superhighway, lady.
Now the net detectives have a new reason to track down the mystery supervillain: director Michael Bay has offered up a reward of $50,000 on his website to anyone who comes forward with information leading to her arrest. The blog post has come down now, but Gawker took a handy screencap.
As it happens, this could be an empty threat from Bay, as Bosnian police have apparently made an arrest and what appears to be the same girl has issued a YouTube apology, although neither rumours have been confirmed as legit just yet. No word on whether Bay wrote his cheque or not: we presume he's learning Bosnian as we speak so he can track down and reward the brave whistleblower.
Or, y'know, he just went back to making his explodey robot movie.
