I can't remember a good firefighter drama since London's Burning. Remember London's Burning? It was great: there was a guy who was the fire chief and he was Greek, and a guy who did the cooking, who they called Bayleaf. It explored complex social issues, like stuff catching fire and people being called Bayleaf.
