Well, I don't think any of us saw that coming. Obviously you will now, but... y'know, it was surprising to me at least.
Todd Phillips knows his way around buddy comedies, and with last year's The Hangover a surprise smash, he's earned the right to cast whomever he damn well pleases in his box-ticking road movies. Step up Hangover hangover Zach Galifianakis and game-changer Robert Downey Jr, who called Due Date "the second best movie I ever made". He's right: Gothika was marvellous.
This second trailer has a little more in the way of story - unlike the first trailer, it mentions the reason daddy-to-be Downey is car-pooling with dimwit dog owner Galifianakis. It also has a few more laughs, particularly the moment RDJ gobs in a dog's face. :O
Even though, in his darker days, he got so fucked on black tar heroin he woke up in his neighbour's kid's bed, this is still the worst thing he's ever done.
