5 terrifyingly plausible sequel ideas for Mac And Me

Because a terrible movie deserves a terrible article suggesting some terrible potential ideas for the sequel that, alas, was never to be. Notice we used the word 'terrible' a lot.
Using his mysterious powers, Mac escapes the clutches of NASA agents by accelerating Michael's wheelchair to a lawsuit-avoiding 87 miles per hour. Hurtling backwards through time, the duo end up in Roswell 1947 where they have a close encounter with... Michael's father!
Mac and his family welcome a new member to the clan in this saccharin sweet Christmas Special. Cheerfulness abounds as we learn how Earth's newest adoptees celebrate the holiday season, and which of the alien's hands are actually their genitals.
Prequel. With their planet about to be sucked into a black hole, a quick-thinking Mac assembles an escape ship from some paperclips and an old toaster - only to crash land on a deserted neighbouring planet when his bumbling Dad takes over the controls.
After years of tuition and gentle coaxing by NASA's finest scientists, Mac finally utters his first words when he meets the love of his life. Featuring the guest voice of Samuel L. Jackson.
It's 1991, you're a screenwriter, it's late: fuck it - just chuck in a stetson and call it a night. After all, it was good enough for Johnny 5, Billy Crystal, Marty McFly, Fievel Mousekewitz and every second movie from that era.
Shameless cash-grab featuring the super-sized star belting out odes to his favourite McSandwiches, as Mac whistles accompanying melodies in the background. Includes reworkings of such classic titles as 'Mac The Knife', and Fleetwood Mac's 'Dreams'.
