  • Win Community Season 1 on DVD

    TV Feature | Matt Looker | 13th November 2011

We have more DVDs to give away in yet another awesome competition and this time it's for a show that is genuinely brilliant, and not just in a be-nice-to-the-PR-people kinda way.

  • The Hangover: Part II

    Movie Review | Ali | 26th May 2011

"It happened again..." groans Bradley Cooper down the phone in The Hangover: Part II's opening scene. "Worse than you can even imagine." Woah. Pretty bold to open your sequel with a line that could so easily be interpreted as prophetic there, Mr Cooper. While Hangover 2: The Drunkening isn't quite as bad as you can imagine, it is precisely what you expect: same shit, different continent.

  • Furry Vengeance

    Movie Review | James | 5th May 2010

One hates to sound cruel, but when a film's main assets are a paunchy Brendan Fraser, a gurning Brooke Shields and an array of 'spunky' forest wildlife it hardly screams 'must-see'. The promotional material for this cinematic thrill-ride into Hell brings to mind the myriad shitty comedies many of us had to watch as drooling, imbecilic children back in the '90s, starring similarly washed-up entertainers (Flubber, Doctor Doolittle and the Look Who's Talking franchise come to mind, despite the years of therapy aimed at the contrary).

  • All About Steve

    Movie Review | Rob | 18th January 2010

Sandra Bullock. Hollywood A-list. Attractive, likeable and never takes herself too seriously. The question is, how has 2009's most successful female US box-office star managed to maintain her Hollywood status, when she's been coasting for so long in various whimsical non-coms? You know, non-coms like The Proposal, and like this unflattering piece of guff.
