Trailer
New movie for same old Tim Allen

It seems that Tim Allen has moved on from starring in mediocre comedies - he's now directing one instead! Starring Tim Allen. Oh.
Crazy on the Outside marks The Toolman's first venture behind the camera (apart from, IMDB informs me, one episode of Home Improvement - I'm sure it really stood out from the rest).
The film tells the brilliantly inventive story of a man leaving prison after three years and trying to get his old life back. Hilarious. While the trailer below shows Allen doing what he does best, ie be mildly amusing, the real shock comes in the supporting cast.
Sigourney Weaver? Well, I suppose this isn't quite a career death toll for you seeing as you've still got Avatar on the way, but Ray Liotta? Sorry sir - you've used up all your Goodfellas coupons now and this card is coming back 'declined'.
Now, considering Allen's past Hollywood crimes have included Wild Hogs, those Santa Clause movies and Christmas with the Kranks, this film might not seem so bad, but don't we all expect better from the disembodied voice of Buzz Lightyear?
It's the least we deserve after all agreeing to forget that he was a coke dealer before his stand-up comedy days and actually served 28 months in prison himself. Seriously. Look:
Presumably, Allen's criminal past served as inspiration for this new film...with just as many laughs. Now compare that awesome porn star moustache above to the trailer below and I think we can all agree which is funnier.
